Been There, Done That

I used to have a neighbor with an excellent house for entertaining. This setting for a Christmas Party in 1991 was one of many that we would co-host. She had this claw-footed cast iron bathtub in her basement that I decided to make part of the decorations and was one of the first things that people saw (and took a double-take) when they came in. Their looks were not nearly as interesting as those I got with the mannequin sitting in the car next to me while transporting it from and to the store I had borrowed it from though.

Taken during the fall of 1992, this photo is of Craigdorroch Castle located on Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada. The path in front passes right by the side entrance to the Craigmyle Guesthouse B&B where I stayed while on the Island.

Also on Vancouver Island, this is the Parliment house in Victoria which is an absolutely gorgeous city at night.

Taken at Buchardt Gardens, Vancouver Island, B.C. Unless you have absolutely no appreciation for nature and its colors, this is a place that you will not wish to miss if you are ever on the island.
